Overview
I tested the EVGA GTX 1050 ti 4gb GDDR5 in Elden Ring at 1080p using low/medium/high and Max settings. This is real gameplay, not synthetic calculations — so these numbers reflect what you can actually expect.
Test Settings
- Resolution: 1080p
- Graphics Preset: Low / Medium / High / Max
- API: DX12 / Vulkan
- Other Notes: No motion Blur or VSYNC, Game engine automatically Caps FPS at 60.
Performance Results
- 1080p Low: 45-55 FPS
- 1080p Medium: 40-50FPS
- 1080p High: 30-40 FPS
- 1080p Max: 20-30 FPS
Gameplay Notes
- No major stutters, crashing or freezing, very consistent.
- The card surpisingly has no VRAM issues until 1080p MAX settings which stresses its 4gb VRAM.
- Areas with lots of foliage tank FPS
Recommended Settings
For the best balance of visuals and performance, I recommend 1080p with a mix of low/medium. This keeps the game playable while still getting reasonable graphics.
Final Thoughts
If you are looking for a solid 1080p 60 FPS on elden ring, the 1050 ti might not be the way to go, even at the lowest settings. You might be able to hit that 60 FPS mark by lowering resolution to 900p or 720p.
